It is believed that the pilgrimage to Jagannath Puri is considered complete only after visiting Rajim’s Sakshi Gopal.
Every year, a grand religious fair is organized here from Magh Purnima to Mahashivratri. This ancient tradition has been recognized as Rajim Kumbh (Kalp). During this period, Kalpavas, festival bathing, religious discourses, saint congregations, and rituals are organized, attracting pilgrims, Naga sadhus, ascetics, saints, mahants, mandaleshwars, and Jagadgurus Shankaracharya from across the country.
